Here are a few tips to best care for your Zigleys Cuffs.
1. Regularly ensure the screw is tight.
2. Use a mirror and your fingers to cover the jewelry at the sides of the hole, so you don't scratch the outside when inserting the screw.
3. You may clean as needed by boiling your piece in water with dish soap.
4. We recommend professional polishing no more than three times in your jewelry's lifetime.
5. Store your Zigleys in its box when you're not wearing it, so it doesn't get lost or scratched.

Our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order. Within 24 hours of you placing your order, we start the process of getting your piece to you.
You will receive a tracking number when we ship your piece, and you can check the status of your order anytime, right here on our website.
Our jewelry shipments require a signature upon delivery.
WARRANTY
Zigleys are designed to last, and we stand behind our products. So, we have a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects. If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, return it to us, and we will repair it or send you a new one free of charge.
RETURN POLICY
We offer full refunds on all purchases made on Zigleys.com for purchases returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received in unaltered, unworn condition. Used merchandise will not be eligible for a refund unless it is defective. For eligible refunds, we will cover the shipping costs.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Please take the time to measure your loc, braid, or twist correctly, so you choose the correct size. Size exchanges may be subject to a 15% restocking fee because most of our pieces are made to order, so sending you a different size may mean making a new piece.
