Your piece will take 3-4 weeks to complete, and then we will ship it to you via complimentary USPS expedited shipping. A signature will be required.

Returns
As a small brand specializing in made-to-order pieces, we cannot currently offer returns on our jewelry.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. It may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Yes! All of our jewelry and products are unisex.
Microlocs are too small for our smallest cuff size offering, which is 7mmm. However, if you twist or braid your microlocs to a diameter of at least 7mmm, you will be able to wear our cuffs.

No! As long as you take care to avoid scratching your Zigleys, feel free to continue your usual lifestyle and hair care routine without worrying about your pieces diminishing. You can clean your Zigleys as needed with hot water and liquid soap.
