When will I receive my jewelry?

Solid gold jewelry will take 3-4 weeks to arrive as they are handcrafted and made to order. Gold-plated jewelry will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Is Zigleys jewelry unisex?

Yes! All of our jewelry and products are unisex.

Can I wear Zigleys Cuffs in microlocs?

Microlocs are too small for our smallest cuff size offering, which is 7mmm. However, if you twist or braid your microlocs to a diameter of at least 7mmm, you will be able to wear our cuffs.

How do Zigleys Cuffs stay secure?

Will showering/swimming/sitting under the dryer/hair detoxing/ etc. damage my piece?

If your piece is solid gold, you can continue all your normal activities as usual, without removing your piece. However, if your piece is gold-plated, we recommend avoiding water, humidity, and exposure to chemicals, as these can accelerate the wear of the plating over time.
